When the hurricane touched down in Nassau, Chella took in as many dogs as she possibly could fit into her house. Chell said, “97 dogs are inside my house and 79 of them are inside my master bedroom.”

Hurricane Dorian has caused a blackout across the entire island as it touched down in New Providence.
